Art Deco Mokotów is the fourth Terra Casa project in the Art Deco style realized in Warsaw. The first phase of the project is a quiet POLA residential building, consisting of 28 luxury apartments in Białej Koniczyny Street in the Warsaw district of Mokotów.
The elevation of the building will be decorated with two mosaics in the Art Deco style presenting the patroness of the building – Pola Negri – a star of the Silent Film Era and the only Polish actress, who achieved worldwide fame.
A distinguishing feature of the building is classical Art Deco elegance, which is also reflected in the interiors of the common space. The lobby, hallways and stairwells completed with care for every detail will constitute a flagship of Art Deco Mokotów POLA.
A great advantage of the project will be a beautifully arranged garden with the place for rest in greenery surroundings. Additionally, the project will offer 39 parking spaces in the underground garage for the residents.
