The Christmas time is approaching and construction of the NIGHTINGALE HILL residential complex is coming to the end. Therefore, Terra Casa team executing the project decided to offer a gift to residents of Ursynow in a New York style. The illumination of the tallest Christmas tree in Ursynow gathered future residents and invited guests on a Christmas party combined with an official opening of the model apartment of the housing estate.
We wanted to strengthen a local community, therefore we decided to integrate future residents during the Christmas atmosphere. That evening plenty of attractions waited for the guests. Christmas lights were lit on the facade of the building and on the spectacular Christmas tree in Ursynow. The participants of the event were singing Christmas carols and the Santa Claus together with his assistants were handing out gifts to children.
The guests could also visit a fully completed and decorated model apartment and admire ‘The Tree of Life’, a fine sculpture of a renowned artist Dariusz Pala, erected in the NIGHTINGALE HILL courtyard as a gift for the future residents.
Our aim is to create friendly, joyful and exceptional atmosphere in our housing estate. Christmas is a time of giving all the best wishes to each other. It is a time when people get closer to each other and make plans for the future. We wanted to offer unforgettable memories to our residents and feel the magic Christmas atmosphere together with them. The next Christmas our inhabitants will spend in their new apartments. We want them to treat the Nightingale Hill as their home already today – said Artur Tlustochowski, representing investors of the project, wishing all the best for Christmas to the invited guests and to the future residents of the housing estate.
