The PARK HILL PROJECT is a spectacular residential complex of 130 single-family houses in Mogilany near Cracow. Terra Casa has just finished the construction and sales of phase 3 of the investment.
The location of the PARK HILL PROJECT on 15 hectares of Mogilany hills in the vicinity of a historic palace and park complex allows its residents to admire magnificent views on the Tatra and Beskidy mountains and Cracow. The housing estate is fenced and protected 24 hours. It can be distinguished by its arrangement and high quality of performance. The access to the centre of Cracow takes only 15 minutes by car.
It is already 130 houses sold and handed over for use. We put a strong emphasis on the quality of realising the complex and the particular houses, including the details. The majority of houses in the PARK HILL PROJECT were adjusted to the individual needs of our residents. What is more, some of them were so much tailored to the individual needs that they have special technological solutions – swimming-pools, saunas, jacuzzi, winter gardens – says Artur Tlustochowski, Terra Casa CEO.
The development of the residential complex and the common parts was designed by a renowned architectural office „JEMS Architekci”. The green and recreation area, as well as the place for common rest of the residents, such as: a small square with a fountain, walking paths and children’s playgrounds cover as much as 3 hectares of the PARK HILL PROJECT.
It was important for us to create conditions to strengthen the bonds between the local community by means of offering a specific organisation of the common areas. Multi-use children’s playgrounds and the green square with a fountain are the places for integration and meeting with friends, where various sorts of events aimed at supporting good neighbourly relations and bonds are organised – adds Grzegorz Sagan, Terra Casa Vice-Chairman.
The first two phases of the PARK HILL PROJECT were realised as a joint venture together with ING Group, whereas the phase 3 was built in co-operation with Getin Bank.
Bearing in mind our aim to create an impressive, large-scale investment, we took an example of modern suburban residential developments characteristic for western metropolises. We are aware of the fact that there is no other, so spectacular, housing estate in Poland. That is why it is one of our flagship investments.
