The Art Déco style will be a leitmotif of the new Terra Casa investment located in the Warsaw district of Wola, at the extension of Grzybowska Street.
The cosy and at the same time modern and refined apartment building will be integrated into historic surroundings. The project will provide its future residents a quiet and exclusive shelter from the nearby lively and dynamic business centre of Warsaw.
Terra Casa team once again undertakes a residential project that will considerably distinguish itself from other investments in the surrounding area. The Art Déco style in the interwar period was a reaction to the secession and the expression of opposition to the lack of spatial discipline. In Poland, it showed authenticity of the art of the country which revived after the period of deletion from the political map of Europe – explains Artur Tłustochowski, Terra Casa CEO.
Our Customers expect quality at an attractive price, they look for interesting architecture, artistic finishing elements, as well as high-tech solutions and functional layouts of apartments – and as a matter of fact these are the feature we are associated with – stresses Agnieszka Adam, Managing Director of Terra Casa Warsaw branch.
One of additional assets of the project is its location in a historical area of the Wola district of Warsaw, near “Rondo Daszyńskiego” metro station and a new “Wolska” metro station. The sale of apartments will start at the turn of the new year, but already now our Customers contact us in order to book their apartments in this unique project – adds Monika Krupa, Sales Adviser.
