The Nightingale Hill Project is a quiet residential complex in Warsaw in the immediate vicinity of the Warsaw Escarpment Nature Reserve and near the metro station. Two medium-high buildings comprise 95 apartments, which were designed in such a way as to provide as much sunlight, maximum comfort and functionality as possible for our residents.
The unquestionable attraction of the location is the close proximity of the nature reserve and the recreation area with a private playground for children and beautiful pergola covering the barbecue area for residents and their guests.
The Nightingale Hill Project is fenced, monitored and guarded. The entrance is through a glazed lobby and fingerprint reader. High quality materials are used for the finishing – sandstone, wood and glass (floor to ceiling wooden windows). The project was realized in cooperation with Nordea Bank Polska S.A., now a part of PKO Bank Polski S.A.
