The construction entered a phase of elevation and finishing details. The work progress is estimated for more than 80%. The investment will be completed, as scheduled, in the first quarter of 2022.
The implementation of Art Deco Mokotow project goes in accordance with the schedule. In May, the structure was finished. In July, the window frames were installed and the core and shell construction was completed. Presently, intensive works inside the building, such as floors, plasters and door woodwork, are being conducted. The outside works are also progressing – at the turn of October and November the completed eastern elevation will be uncovered. In the immediate future also the road and pavement works within the investment area will be finished.
The implementation of Art Deco Mokotow investment undergoes without any disruptions. The current progress of works reached more than 80%. It is also one of the apartment buildings the most quickly sold in our portfolio. At present, about 4 months before completion date, we have already sold 96% of units – says Artur Tlustochowski, Terra Casa CEO.
The Art Deco Mokotow project started in July 2020 and will end in the 1st quarter of 2022.
