Terra Casa S.A., through its SPV company, has won a tender for the purchase of land in Podleśna Street in a Warsaw district of Marymont. The Investor plans to build an art déco tenement house, that will be a continuation of the company’s Art Deco residential projects in Wola and Mokotow Warsaw districts.
Art Deco Marymont will be a continuation of our residential projects inspired by the architecture of Chicago, which started from Art Deco Wola project in Warsaw. Now, we are working on Art Deco Mokotow in Zdziechowskiego Street. The distinguishing features of our projects are elegant shape and high quality. They combine the art déco style and Streamline Moderne of the pre-war Warsaw, therefore we decided to continue this line of projects in Marymont. – says Artur Tlustochowski, Terra Casa CEO.
Terra Casa purchased a land in Podleśna Street as a result of a tender organized by the city of Warsaw in December 2020. The purchase was finalized in January and on 1st February 2021 the land was transferred to the Company by Włodzimierz Piątkowski – the vice-mayor of Bielany district of Warsaw and Aleksandra Zadurska – the main specialist in Property Division of Bielany district of Warsaw.
The conceptual design of Art Deco Marymont project, under preparation by Kazimierski and Ryba architectural studio, includes a quiet residential building with a green-roof terrace and elegant architecture of the shape and interiors characteristic for the art déco style of the pre-war Warsaw.
