Terra Casa S.A. was granted the 2019 Polish American Chamber of Commerce Corporate Valor Award at a jubilee gala held at the historic Ambassador Chicago hotel on December 7, 2019, to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Chamber (PACC). The award is presented to companies that have achieved success by providing products of the highest quality and have done much good while doing well. Terra Casa has therefore become a signature flagship business on the Polish and American markets.
- The prestigious PACC Corporate Valor Award is given to the most deserving companies. As such, it strongly signals that Terra Casa projects, including Art Deco Wola in Warsaw and the Piastowska Residence in Cracow currently under construction, reflect the company’s standards. The projects are well-known for their focus on esthetics and high-quality implementation, as well as responsiveness to the changing needs of residents in modern cities. They are appreciated not only locally but internationally and serve as prime examples of the excellence of Poland’s development. Terra Casa, a PACC member, has been successfully promoting business cooperation between Poland and the United States for many years and therefore deserves an additional and special recognition, says Bogdan Pukszta, PACC Executive Director.
- The American market has been for us a source of inspiration and know-how for many years. Presently, we are implementing projects based on the best standards of American architecture and reflecting American freedom and lifestyle. Our projects are highly appreciated on the market and frequently recognized in Poland with trade and consumer awards. We are very proud that our work is so highly valued outside Poland, as well as particularly here, in Chicago. It is a great honor to be the first Polish developer to receive the PACC Corporate Valor Award, says Artur Tlustochowski, Terra Casa CEO.
