Terra Casa acquired rights to a land parcel in Grzybowska Street in Warsaw
Since May 2014 Terra Casa has been preparing a modern, mixed use and residential project in the area of Grzybowska Street business centre in Warsaw. We are planning to create a project compliant with requirements of this location and appropriately incorporated into the surrounding area.
We would like to create a project that will capture the spirit of the surrounding area with modern architecture and at the same time will create a new perspective of the city centre with functions complementing one another – said Artur Tlustochowski, CEO of Terra Casa S.A.
The Project is located in the dynamically developing business centre of Warsaw, 200 metres from the 2nd underground station “Rondo Daszyńskiego” /”Daszyński Roundabout”/ and the Warsaw Spire office complex with the highest building in Poland and one of the highest in Europe.
Such a location inspired us to create the original concept for developing this part of Warsaw. Therefore the management board of Terra Casa invited the leading architectural firms to the cooperation in order to create in this location a project, included into the category of mixed use sustainable developments, that will offer attractive architecture and advanced technological solutions and will create an interesting place to live, work and rest to be in this part of Warsaw.
