The Park Hill Project is a spectacular residential complex of 130 houses in Mogilany near Cracow. It is located on picturesque hills on the area of 15 hectares. Residents of the complex can admire a panoramic view of the Tatra and Beskidy Mountains, while access to the city center of Cracow takes only 15 minutes. The Park Hill Project is modelled on modern suburban residential developments characteristic for a major western metropolis. It is fenced, monitored and protected 24 hours. The 3 hectares of the common areas include walking paths, trees, cycling paths, children’s playground as well as a scenic fountain.
