At the beginning of February representatives of Terra Casa S.A.
participated in the Polish American Leadership Summit – (PALS) in Miami.
The summit is a strategic initiative to significantly improve economic as
well as political relations between Poland and United States. Terra Casa,
as the recipient of the WPROST 2017 Innovators Award in a category of
construction, was invited to represent the Polish investment and
development branch.
The Summit gathered more than 300 participants from the most important
branches of economy of both countries. Three days of discussions during
plenary and networking sessions as well as special events, such as the PALS
Awards Gala, were an excellent occasion to establish business
relationships, exchange ideas as well as promote currently conducted Terra
Casa investment projects: Art Deco Wola Apartments in Warsaw and NY
Residence in Cracow. It was also a great occasion to gather inspirations
and experience for further investments.
This year’s PALS Summit in Miami, as an important event in Polish American
economic relations, was held under the honorable patronage of the President
of the Republic of Poland. The President in a special message to the
participants emphasized the enormous significance of strategic relations
between Poland and United States and defined the summit as an excellent
occasion to improve and strengthen economic relations between both
countries.
Terra Casa cooperates with the Polish American Chamber of Commerce in
Chicago and Warsaw Committee of Chicago Sister Cities International. Both
investment projects Art Deco Wola Apartments in Warsaw and NY Residence in
Cracow, which are based on American architecture, culture and lifestyle,
aroused great interest among the summit participants and visitors.
