Permission for building Piastowska Residence

25 June 2019

Terra Casa S.A. has been granted a building permit for Piastowska Residence apartment building that will be constructed at 34 Piastowska Street in Cracow in the vicinity of Blonia recreation area. The project inspired by the California nature oand active lifestyle of its residents perfectly fits this location famous for excellent sports and recreation facilities. The completion of this unique project is planned for the 4th quarter of 2020.

Piastowska is one of those Cracow addresses, which do not need any presentation – perfect location in the neighborhood of Bloniarecreation area and Jordan Park combined with metropolitan infrastructure: transport, commercial and service, culture and entertainment, rich in modern sports and recreation facilities. A convenient access to the city center and Balice Airport, as well as the nearby office buildings make this location one of the most attractive in Cracow both to live and invest.

Piastowska Residence will offer 58 apartments of various sizes. The ground floor will house attractive commercial space with adjacent little gardens. A two-level underground car park will have 78 parking spaces, an innovative bike storage facility and utility rooms. The General Contractor of Piastowska Residence will be TK Bud, the company known for the construction of NY Residence, the recently completed Terra Casa project at 33 Wroclawska Street.

Similarly to all Terra Casa projects, also Piastowska Residence will be distinguished by its high quality, aesthetic finishing and innovative technological solutions. The main motive of the project at 34 Piastowska Street is the California landscape – the sun, sand and the ocean, reflected in warm colors, natural materials and abundance of light inside the building. The elegant lobby of Piastowska Residence finished with natural wood and stone will be the best recognition sign of the project and its residents.

Each apartment in Piastowska Residence will have a direct connection to the ultrafast, FIBER-TO-HOME Internet. The building will be monitored with a biometric access control system. The underground garage will have electric vehicle charging stations and a “hands free” system.

Piastowska Residence was designed by BS-Arch architectural bureau led by Adam Bielanski, whereas the interior design referring to nature of California were prepared by MJ Animo, a reputable design studio from Cracow.
