Consteel Sp. z o. o. was selected as the General Contractor for the first phase of Art Deco Mokotów investment – POLA building – developed by Terra Casa S.A. at Białej Koniczyny Street in Warsaw. The investor also obtained financing from Alior Bank.
Agreement with Consteel Sp. z o. o. completed the comprehensive implementation of the investment – construction and finishing works as well as the issuance of work. The site has already been delivered to the General Contractor in December 2024, and the end of construction works is scheduled for the second quarter of 2026.
Alior Bank, in accordance with the loan agreement, will finance the investment. The same bank holds Trust Accounts for buyers of Art Deco Mokotów POLA apartments.
